When Bunnies Go Bad Review

Animal behaviorist Pru Marlene and her main squeeze Jim Creighton joined avid fans eating dinner at their favorite restaurant on Saturday night after five weeks of snow storms in Bellville, Massachusetts.

Unfortunately, a wealthy obnoxious diner at the next table spoiled their rare evening out. Teddy Rhinecrest was drunk and abusive to the staff and his girlfriend. When he was found dead the next day, Pru took in the girlfriends’ high maintenance spaniel, as she also looked into the murder. She hears from her cat, Wallis, and the spaniel, Pudge. She also deals with a museum art heist, and her off and on relationship with Detective Jim Creighton.

When Bunnies Go Bad by Clea Simon is the sixth in the popular Pru Marlowe Pet Noir Mysteries series. The prolific author has also penned the Theda Krakow Series, the Dulcie Schwartz Series as well as several nonfiction books.

Animal cozy fans will enjoy this latest novel about the animal behaviorist who can hear what animals are thinking and feeling; fear, lust, hunger, etc. as she takes on the murder investigation.
